Looking to buy a set of all terrain or mud terrain skins for the Cherokee. Anybody have a lead on a place that sells them for the best prices?

I've looked at Tirerack.com and Discount Tire but they don't have a huge variety. 4WheelParts (not crazy about them) has buy three and get one free on ProComp. Who makes them?

Where can I buy these Cooper tires everybody is all happy about?

I gots questions boys!:jester:

Discount tires 2 go is another site. Tire rack is usually a very competive site, which I have always had a good expirence with.

BFG are a very popular tire, and finding a good deal on them is hard. The supplier knows you are not going to find a real good deal somewhere else. BFG are a very good tire, but IMO overrated.
Pro comp tires look decent, but I have not had any experience with them. Since you have worked on jeeps before, I think you are familiar with quadratec.

I buy from Discount Tire when I buy these days, but I don't buy a ton of different tires. The Toyo's I had on the truck came from TireBarn but those were purchased by my buddy who I bought the wheels from.

My '91 saw 8 sets of BFG AT's and I always bought from either Sears or Sam's Club as they always had the best prices.

I was ballparking. Might have been 7 or so but It did have 240K when I sold it and I drove it hard. The tires on it when I sold it only had about 10K on them. They did't last a long time for me but they were great.

Again, I never kept a solid count but I did not take it easy on them, ever.

The manual RCSB made for very fun driving. :D

I obviously need to be more careful when just throwing numbers around here. :dunce:

 I had my TSX for less than 70k miles.. I used-up the stock tires, bought a full set of Yokos and bought at least one more pair for it, between buying it new and trading it in on the truck.

Front-wheel drive. Stick shift. I wasn't always doing burn-outs or anything (it had baaaad wheel hop, if you tried that - so, I watched that REAL close), but those front tires seemed to wear out quick!
