Sure was fun, though.
Ok, so the runs are in order from left to right. Yes, my reaction times are horrendous, but all I was trying to do was get some times down, and not red-light.
Run One: One-footed this one, just let off the brake and mashed the gas, nothing special.
17.892 sec. @ 79.01 mph
Reaction time: .881 sec.
Run Two: Tried launching the truck this time. Everything was happening so fast, since I was nervous as hell and didn't really know what was going on, so I'm not sure where I launched from, but I'm guessing about 1500 RPM. Well, launching a truck with no weight in the back, mud tires, in 2wd isn't exactly a recipe for traction. It just spun. Like crazy. Being a little nervous, I didn't have the presence of mind to let off, and ease back into it, so I just kept it at WOT, sat there pretty much not moving, and probably bounced off of the rev-limiter a few times.
Eventually it hooked, but about halfway down the track, the SES light came on. Probably a result of the rev-limiter bounces. Ended up being my slowest run, with the highest MPH.
18.153 sec. @ 79.17 mph
Reaction time: .901 sec.
Run Three: Launched in 4wd this time. Built the revs up to about 1500 again (and again, that's just a guestimate). I was paying a little bit of attention to reaction time this time, but not concentrating on it. Launched in 4hi, and kicked it back into 2hi after it shifted into second (probably could've gone sooner, but oh well). Ended up being my quickest run, with the slowest MPH. The SES light was still on, so who knows if that hurt me at all.
17.873 sec. @ 78.60 mph
Reaction time: .473 sec.
I want to go back. Now.
We'll see how much the tune helps.

EDIT: Oh, and it was 91 degrees for the first two passes, and 90 for the third, so that hurt me a little bit as well. I kinda wish I would've saved one run for later in the night when it was a lot cooler. Oh well, next week.
