how can i identify my front/rear axels and transfer case on my 84 k20? all i know is that the rear has 14bolts and has the number 2 stamped on it to the right of the pumpkin. the front has 10 bolts, both mite have more numbers on them but havent cleaned them off yet.

Open the glove box and check for the RPO codes... They might still be there...

Transfer case will have an aluminum tag on it. Should ID it pretty easily. If you post a pic of the axles, we can probably ID them too. Ratios are a whole nother story....
