While testing the G80 on a steep hill I forgot about the trailer plug and ripped it off the bumper and bent it.So I got my spare 3-way ball hitch to use as an anvil and went to work :D From now on I'll try to remember the burb's departure angle ain't the greatest :lol:

Almost forgot...took all the tape off the wires to check 'em,then re-wrapped with electrical tape.

Glad you took the initiative to do this! :jester:

Couldn't let it go,it just looked bad.I've seen some trailer plugs on trucks that are just hanging there and look like crap.Besides I'll need that plug next month for our annual trip to the desert for T'Day weekend :thumbs:

Just punch a hole in your bumper and move it up out of harms way.......that's what I have done with several of mine that hung down too far, including my current work truck.

That must've been pretty damn steep, as high up as that Suburban sits! :lol:
