Picked this up on Monday. Have had crappy weather since. I got a quick wash in and was able to snap these with my :apple: camera. I wish GM would put the 6.2 in a Suburban. :fume: So the 5.3 will have to do. Got it for 5k off manufactured price which was nice.

With us now working with Ainsley's Angels we needed a little more room to carry stuff along with Hunters wheel chair.

Wish it had the max towing package since we will be towing a trailer with it but finding one with what what we wanted was hard enough.

I still have to take the dealer sticker off. The rest has to stay since it is the boss's vehicle. I did order a complete set of Weather Tech mats for it. But after reading on GM-Trucks the issues, I'm not sure it was a good idea. I guess we will see when they come in.

It has just about 500 miles on it now and will be getting an oil change here real soon. :D

The last picture is the mpg we got on a 50 mile trip to one of Hunters therapy's.

Looks nice.

I hear ya about GM putting the 6.2 in the Suburban. For such a big sled, the 5.3 seems like it could struggle a bit. :dunno:

Nice rig! Don't sweat the Weathertechs. I've got the front ones from my 14 in my 16 and they're fine. I do think the quality is down a bit from the old days, but the GM-Trucks donkeys are just being drama queens as usual. The main gripe i have about the new WTs is they seem slicker than the old ones. I've actually been thinking about getting the Husky X-Act for the rear of my truck, since everyone says they're more of a heavy rubber feel. You remark about the Husky's in your Cruze is making me think twice about that.

Awesome! Congrats!!

I really like the new burbs. I wish they would make another 2500hd version. I would love one with a Duramax

Damn straight. That was my dream rig back when I was racing around the country. I assume Ford's Diesel Excursions didn't sell shit. If they had, I assume GM would have jumped on that wagon.
