Wait! You've owned this suburban before? Sounds like someone else around here that purchases broken cars they used to own. :jester:

Though $500 for a 99 suburban is infinitely better than $2300 for a 94 Beretta.

Come to think about it, $2300 is on the low end of what this Burb might sell for with a new transmission. :lol:

Trying to weigh in the options here. I hate to scrap a good running vehicle. I for sure would pull the engine.

Well then put a lift on it and some nice wheels & tires and save it for when it snows again,of course that's after fixing the trans :)

Grumpy's burb is a '99 & 4wd and she loves it :thumbs:

I'm thinking about grabbing the transmission out of a 1997 Silveraydo... :lol: It has 170k miles on it but I noticed it was equipped with a transmission cooler. Might have lots of life in it and I can get it for $250. If the transmission is no good, I will get my money back. I found this in my buddies hidden junk lot today.
