Hi guys, just an update on my AWD 2004 front diff rebuild (did mine in June 2014), I posted on page 8 #79,#80 with my specs. To wrap up my rebuild, when I test drove it the grinding was gone, but there was a howl. my tires were cupped etc. I finally got new tires and the front diff is quiet...
