Yah, I want to lighten it up quite a bit and get some more walking space and some big comfy pedestal seats.

I can't stand it, I am in the process of converting it to a center console. I mostly catfish, the way it is setup now is killing my back. image hosting jpg

How did you make out with this? Even though the weight of the boat is that much, it's still in the water being loaded and on rollers, so that shouldn't be too much for that winch to handle.

Great thread and info and views here fellas. All I have ever owned was 2 strokes. I currently have a 40 HP Merc with oil injection. I have to say it is pretty efficient on oil usage, like mentioned here in a post, if you have the hammer down or are towing a tube or skier, that's when the oil...
