I'd go with a 4-door personally. Coupes with long doors are a pain to get in and out of in tight parking lots, plus the 4-door will have higher resale value and be more usable.

LOL ... it wasn't even half that. It'd be $200 less if I opted to drop the catalyst, but I don't wanna deal with funky OBDII issues and/or not passing emissions.

Stock up-pipe, Cobb DP with cat, and Cobb cat-back. I got a pretty good deal on it during all the end of the year sales going on.

It's what I expected, the torque is astronomical and comes on hard. My dad drove this thing back about 40whp / 70wtq. ago and said it felt like a semi just rear ended him when it came onto boost in 1st gear. :lol:

Took my 2011 STI to be tuned up in Plano. Here's the results, the lesser curve is the Off-the-Shelf (OTS) map, and the better curve is with a custom tune at the same boost pressure. 298whp / 343 lb. ft. on a Mustang dyno.

Should run a mid 12 at around 107 - 109 MPH. My STI falls on it's face after about 100 MPH, just not alot of gusto in the higher gears. I'm running a full turbo-back, intake, and tune at 21 lbs. of boost. It'll spin all 4 tires if the ambient is below 50 degrees in 1st, and get kinda...

I can't get anything to race me most of the time, especially from a stop.

I think the Mustang would be the better toy, but I love the looks and power of the ZL1. Brake feel and power are easily fixed, as are wider wheels and tires, but making up for the 400 lbs. is extremely limiting.

My Subaru is a wagon ... but they call it by 5-DR or Hatchback terminology now. 4-DR + Hatch = Wagon

Whatever my dad has on his truck sounds awesome. I think it's a giant Flowmaster, which isn't the best performing muffler on earth, but it sounds awesome. I run a 3" stainless exhaust on the Subaru.
