I have bad dreams involving my truck all the time. One dream was that my truck rolled over several times then fell off a cliff. Another was that I traded it in on an econobox! Needless to say, I woke up in a cold sweat on that one. :ohnoes:
You just have to know which Magnaflow to get if you want loud. The 4" round bodies, IMO, are the best Magnaflow has to offer. That's also why I run them on my truck. :D
I had a 2000 Ranger with the 3.0. I only had it for 50,000 miles because things kept breaking or screwing up. The auto transmission was toast by 55,000 miles, spark plugs rusted solid in the heads, carbon build up was so severe that it was setting off CEL's. Then there was the piss poor fuel...
You could do that, but no one wants a plain jane looking truck with a long bed. I think you can go to a dealer and try and get a special order from the factory. I've seen a few trucks like that, but I've heard that the wait times can be up to a few months.
$3.15 for 87 here. I haven't had to fill up in 2 weeks and can hopefully drag it out another week. There is absolutely no reason gas should cost this much. IMO, People are just testing the waters for how far they can get away with.
Punch all those part numbers into Performancepeddler.com and use the code "clubgp". The total should be close to half of what you've got and free shipping.
Now as far as my opinion, I vote for the Magnapacks. IMO they offer the absolute best sound for their price. Sure some Borla's sound a...
If the truck pulled up next to you and started raining that shit on to your truck, I would think they would be liable. Call them up and tell them the plate number on the truck (if you can remember it).
I don't think I'll PTM the bumpers. It kind of sets it apart, and I don't want to pay to get a new one with fog lights.
Relatively soon. I'm just going to throw on some 2" drop shackles. I might do that after my next pay check.
I was really hesitant to get the Parada's, because the tread pattern is a bit on the ugly side. But they look pretty good on the wheels. They also got higher rating than the UHP's, so it was a good decision overall.
It's a little dirty, but it's SOOOOOOOOOOOO pretty!
Now that I have your attention ( ) I went with the 20" x 8.5" XD Rockstars with +35 mm offset. The tires are 285/50 Yokohama Parada Spec-X's. I originally wanted Grabber UHP's, but they were back ordered until the middle of...
I know I would be knocking on their door if they put any marks on my truck. Last week some one in a minivan was parked extremely close to me, like less than a foot away. They ended up putting a quarter sized ding in my door, but I didnt think to check before I left. I took a trip back to the...
I don't think I've ever seen an 8.8 grenade like that, except for the guy that swapped his 4.6 for a Lightning powertrain. Looks to me like it would be cheaper and easier to just swap an entirely new axle instead of attempting to repair it.
