Just filled up AGAIN today for 3.40 for top grade.

Yep, that's why we have it sprayed on the body. But on my Disco I rolled on the rear bumper, sliders, and roof rack. I'll be doing the new front bumper as soon as it comes in. But I'm having the roof done by the LavaLining guys at the same time I have the doors done from the molding down.

Well, in my life experiences, you get what you pay for except if you are being boned. If this is only a trail rig and is meant to take a few bumps and bruises, do what you can afford and be prepared to repair stuff as damaged right away to prevent corrosion from setting in.

Just make sure that whatever you do that the surface is EXTREMELY clean before applying anything. Dishsoap does a great job of cleaning fingerprints, oil marks, etc off the paint. After drying, chuck everything out (cracks, crannies, etc) All my body armor is painted with the gallon roll on...

It's kinda amazing how many US politicians have their hands in the oil industry. And unfortunately I don't think it's just our country. We can actually sustain ourselves with the oil we pump on US soil, but oil companies make more money off exports than refining and selling here.

I'm just hoping that my disco will last the 42 years that the other 2 have and still be in good condition like they are.
