Re: How easily to convert a 2WD C30 to a 4WDK30?
Shouldn't be too hard. Just buy all the 4wd suspension pieces and bolt them to frame, they used the same frames iirc. Doing the cross over steering will be easy becasue you'll already have the 2wd steering box.
I might just happen to know...
There were 2 pickups grille deep(in mud) in the ditch on the South side of the Correction line and 116th....couldn't get my camera out fast enough for pics.
Re: Let's see some worst stuck pictures
Today
Last summer
These 2 are Dennis.
I have a few more that I need to develop from a disposable camera where myself and the tow truck were sunk in the mud.
The mud you guys play in is WAY deeper than what I'll be putting this truck in. Mud bogs are generally 2-3' deep pits x 200' long. The BOUNTY pit is about 4-5' deep. Most of the offroading I do falls within then 2-3' deep range.
My goal is to be competitive with this guy, Myron Krahn and...
The gas prices are being rigged by the large oil companies, THEY figured out that they could shut down a couple refineries, charge the consumer more per gallon, and make even more money than with all the refineries running. They've done this because the scare tactics they've been using about the...
Nah...Turbo'd LS, powerglide, ags, hydro and rockwells is my intention.....got 2 years to go until house is paid off and I get more money to play with!
I already have a 3" Black diamond body lift and the rest of the stuff is for a 1/2 ton so wouldn't do me any good. Thanks for the heads up though:cheers:
Still don't have a damned clue. Thinking its a weak fuel pump or the Seafoam I put in fuel worked something loose and was cloging fuel line. Drove it home 7 miles and no issues...going to buy another fuel pump and keep it around just in case.
Today was slow at work so I started to tinker with the mud truck, mostly to remedy the battery drain issue( damn clock in radio stays on constant) and ended up building a snorkel so I can run the truck harder and deeper( sounds kinda kinky don't it:naughty:)
Started by telling myself I...
Fwonk yeah!!! Just need to get a pair of white sunglasses so I can roll coal in that thurr bitch like all the other D-bags.....:jester:
I think the milage must be in Kilometers like Zem says.
Hooked it to battery charger and cranked it over for a bit and got fuel. Then tore the shit out of our shop yard as the ice pack it was parked on was now 3" of greasey " loon shit" mud. Seems to be running fine.....I'm thinking it was a case of PMS:jester: Will take it for a longer trip tommorow...
