    All-weather interior mats

I've gotten all of mine from weathertech directly...the price is the same as else where, fast shipping and good customer service when i've needed to call them.

Probable upgrade time (Karl gots a new truck)

It's in really great shape and all original! I'll post up some pics later in the spring once it's been cleaned up. we literally brought it home and put it in storage! :)

    All-weather interior mats

The other brand usually brought up is Husky. They seem like they have really good quality too, but I can't say personally. I've had weather techs in pretty much every vehicle for the last 10 years.

Probable upgrade time (Karl gots a new truck)

Finally got to do my first long haul with the truck yesterday. Ran 475 miles down to southern Delaware to pick up a car my Father in law bought and brought it home. 1963 Ford Galaxy 500 XL Sunliner Car weighs 4100 lbs, trailer 1900. pulled 16.4 mpg down with empty trailer, 14.1mpg back...

    Dietzer got a scooter...

Go with the beads. Gel cooks in the sun, gets hot as hell, and doesn't help airflow very much. You also still end up with only a couple pressure points taking your body's weight...the beads give you lots of small pressure points. I can't recommend them strongly enough!

Whatever seat you get, if you're going to do long rides, check out: bead rider. you can laugh at me all you want, but I promise I'll still be going strong, hours after you're getting off your bike and limping away :)

    Random Diesel Ramblings-Post Them Here!

Same here. I've been considering going out for a longer drive just to let it regen. That's messed up.

That I will get done sooner than later...once it warms up (no garage). In the interim, I'm concentrating on lead delivery systems. :)

I'd agree, under 10 minutes for regen.

School me on some K2 diesels

Regens seem to be between 500 and 700 miles for me, running 95% unloaded during the winter. haven't been towing during a regen yet, so can't really comments on the power loss, as there's plenty of power to keep the empty truck moving :) As for the stuff in that link, it looks like straight up...

School me on some K2 diesels

It does...it's in the list of data pages, as is the clinometer above, but it's a bit annoying. It just says "level OK" until it's below a certain point. Eight to go! (though technically your last two are the same thing, so seven to go!) :D

    Carl Edwards retires from NASCAR

Makes you wonder if he knew this new format change was coming though...

    New NASCAR race format?

ah, gotcha...i wasn't understanding that you were referring entirely to post-"Chase" stuff...I was done when the Chase was first started in 2004, I've barely followed the rule changes since. but yes, everything they're doing is all about manufacturing drama. I liked the drama in the 70s/80s...

School me on some K2 diesels

Heh...And i'm the complete opposite. I gave serious thought to the Ram, and would have been going to the local dealer to test drive etc if my GM dealer hadn't made a deal i just couldn't refuse. Fords on the other hand, I've never been able to stand their looks in or out! :)

The new hood will fit the 15-16s if that's a deciding factor :)
