Going in my 2009 gmc sierra

So I raced my buddies Truck today and ran away from him. I then raced my buddy in his TDI Jetta and pulled on him finally at 80. Got me thinking Since it's not my DD anymore to put a cam in. Nothing over the top I still drive it a lot. Do you guys think a 220 Cam is to much for stock heads...

So I had my check engine light come on today. I checked the code and it was p0449 evap control system vent/valve solenoid malfunction. My question is how big of a deal is it to fix? Truck runs fine and I reset the code and in 80miles it hasn't came back on. Should I just wait to see if it throws...

Re: Aligment I've feel your pain I went through a year of that problem. Most Likely just alignment. If it continues it might be your tire is out of round now. Thats what mine did once it wore enough.

I like the style. But I want a little bit of tip showing I just like to "see" dual exhaust on a truck. :dunno: I just want to make sure they are angled enough to when I eventually lift it I can't see pipe constantly lol

So I've got my Aero exhaust in but can't decide on tip type due to location. Thinking about going for something different. Maybe a 45 dumped at the rear like the old muscle cars. Just enough showing to show a little bit of the tips. Kinda like this except all the way over under the edge of the...

Yea I tried bypassing them without shaving the key and no go. After I shaved the key down it worked on the 2nd try with no light on or anything. :thumbs:

IDK how much you need or want a fullsize truck, but my aunt has a colorado 4x4 crew cab and gets 22mpg avg. Just a thought.
