    Yea I know, I've been crunching numbers all week last week. Think my best bet is a cavalier I found with 40k for 5,700. Think thats a good deal I could pay for in cash lol. It's not really about saving gas money as much as wearing out my gmc before I pay it off. :lol:

    Actually based off of miles a year and my mpg I'd spend about $6,500yr just to work and back in the GMC. so it would pay for itself in a year and half

    Thats good to know. I found a 2004 one with 104k for 9k going to look into the price and info on anything to look for.

    So what do you guys think about a jetta tdi? I'm going to be moving at the end of the year and need a dd good on gas. Figured I'd let the yota go since it only gets about 18mpg. They seem to be a sound car, and great mpg. Or possibly a Mazda since they have a rotary motor seems to be a good car...

    That's actually what I have on it now in 27's. Yea I have a set of 28-10-12 Vampires with 2" of tread and they clean great but are deff. for going only ahead they suck in reverse. :lol:

    I'll tell you now 35's look small on those trucks with 6" IMO. I had rancho 4" lift and cleared my buddy's 35's with plenty of room even though I kept 33's on it.

    Not sure yet. It's either going in the 97 Green GMC or gonna find something to put it in. Would LOVE a 68-72 c10 to put it in. :D. My GF dad actually found a Studebaker In great condition with no motor or tranny so we might look into that and try for something like this. :thumbs:

    This one needs pretty much all new parts from sitting since the 80's :lol:. Lucky for me he raced so long so I have many performance parts I need already. He's been teaching me how to determine how to choose parts and specs I need. Very smart seeing as I'm just looking at wanting the Cam.
