It should be fun. I'm more of a Bass/Ski boat kind of guy, but with the family and friends I think pontoon is the way to go. Or it could be that I'm just turning into an old fart, either way I'll rock it with style lol

I've put a deposit down on a 22' Veranda Pontoon Boat. Super nice rig. Aluminum floor instead of plywood, 115 Yamaha, nice floor layout. I'll find out tomorrow if we have a deal.

The new Toyo AT-2's are quite an improvement over the originals (as far as look is concerned), just in case you haven't seen them. Worth a look. But that's assuming it isn't performance you weren't impressed with
