Just be happy you passed... I always hear about people not passing inspection for some dumbass reason... And they keep chageing them for inspections... And then after a few failed attemps you have to contact Jesus to get it legal ....

Haha.. We raced a pretty tight rules compared to those... We ran a circuit though... Vac and CI ...Hoods taped shut.. If you opend the hood you had to have an official with you.. Or it be onfire lol

If you are talking about building a engine to run in a mud bog... Be sure to build the engine that will run in the class you want to run in... All the diesels ran in a different class than we did...No Vac pumps... And had to pull 18 vac..... Last year i raced they also put a CI max on every...

Those 200's make GREAT trail bikes...

Best thing ive ever seen for starter or alternators is to find a place that can rebuild them... Most of the time they are cheaper... And they use quality parts because they will back there rebuilds... they solder there parts by hand.. As where factory crap are soldered buy a computer.. and they...

Dang... man... It was probably the inner seal on the water pump failed... If the head and base gaket looked good... That is a known problem with these bikes.. ktm's are exspensive to work on.. But they are nice bikes.. They deliver the power more steadily than most mx bikes.

I have a the new fx2 bumper .. with the fog light holes.. and i finally got my fx2 lower valence... I sprayed the valance with gloss black yesterday.. And it turned out perfect.... But im going to bedline the bumper i think.

It was a PITA .. Swapping my boat from the old style engine to the new style... It wasnt real bad .. I made it pretty easy by growing a set of nuts... And splicing 2 wiring harness together lol... And Then i could run my old style controls... And didnt have to change out the complete boat...

There is a guy i talk to sometimes at a beach i go to.. that has a Merc 300 on a toon.... The name of the boat is "tuned toon" ... And its pretty wicked fast... it will jump up on plane.. pretty easy lol

Earlier that day... I was flying solo 6400rpm... (redline is 5700 :ohnoes: ) ... Kinked fuel line+2stroke= chit gets serious Top cylinder on starboard side..
