thanks bro and i just talked to my dad about this and he pin pointed it down to a few things, COP, Injector, Spark Plug, engine valve problem but he most likely thinks its a COP problem for mine or plug.....but i put OEM motorcraft plugs in 3k miles ago so its left to the COP's for me i guess

they never figured out the problem!!! ahhh! lol

so i ended up changing the cam phasers and solenoids and dont ask how much the parts costed because it was a lot and i got it from Ford dealer but i got it off a 30% discount and i did the labor but this is my results so far..... oh and btw sorry guys didnt get many pictures because i was...

That's just the phasers right? I'm thinking about doing phasers, solenoid and lifters. Phasers and Solonoid is like 500 for parts and I'll do labor. Your noise went away after that?

i called ford right now and the guy i talked to had a expedition with the same problem and he had the phaser and solonoid changed and it fixed his problem.....lifters solonoid and phasers are about 750 my cost from the dealer and when i get some money i think im going to replace them to finally...
