Update Still haven't sent in the sample yet. With the holidays over I've been doing some work at my dads since he is home for a month. Car now has a little over 13k miles since full oil change and Appears to be doing just fine. I hope to be sending out the sample soon.

Ok so on 8-7-11 I changed the oil in our Xterra from Mobil 1 5w30 EP to the Amsoil 0w30, that was 12,450 miles ago. Being at the half way point i will take a sample of the oil and change the filter to another amsoil and top off with new oil. I plan on sampling again at 20k and again at 25k to...
