Arrived to Le Havre 37.000$. To exit from the custom area : you pay 10% for the customs on the total, after 19.6% for VAT on the total, and 1400$ for the port (extract from container etc..).
The Euro must be 40% up to the USD or it is too expensive.
For a new car you also add 10% on the total...

:thumbs: I always order my parts at rockauto, they ship to France in 4 or 5 days, but the shipping is not cheaper , even more expensive that the parts themselves !!
For wife I bought last month an old jeep Grd Cherokee 1996 5.2 , nice car , for me I'm waiting the Suburban, I should have it the next week, it is arrived in Le Havre and unloaded, and now process of custom fees and other taxe :uhoh: I hope have it Wednesday c:thumbs:
