Valve cover leak and oil pressure switch problem** Updated Post 57**

Well I had my dad come over and take a look at it. He said it looks like the majority of the oil was coming from the valve cover and a cover plate on the timing cover. Plan now is to install the new valve cover and repair the plate gasket. Then proceed with my coolent flush. Clean everything...

    Trans cooler over kill?

Problem with that is the reading you get can be vary erratic. Also from what I've read. It not necessarily the max temp but the time at max temp. Most people want and adverage of the temp so they go for the pan. Also while we are on the subject. When Amsoil says 50k miles service on trans...

    Trans cooler over kill?

Well Nick I've done all kinds of research on the install location. Lots of different opinions. Port, cooler line leaving torque converter, cooler line leaving cooler, and of course the pan. Most people put it in the port, pan or the hot cooler line. If you wanted to be really anal about it you...

Well the guage I got was autometer. I don't have and pics of the sensor end. I'll get some when I get off work. I didn't have to use any fittings the sensor simply screws right into the port. I kept the plug thought incase I decide to move it later. Sent from my iPhone 4s
