I just put a $1000 set of heads om mine, the old one cracked in 2 spots, and now I have a bad miss, I think I have a collapsed lifter. I really don;t feel like tearing this thing apart again. :fume:

Also, you can hook up a timing light and check the timing and also look at the crank pully with that light, it if looks like a certain spot on it is bouncing around you got a worn timing chain.

Could be, how many miles on it? I am having simular issues, but i think I have a collapsed lifter.
