If I put a cummins in it I would keep it. But like I said I am not. I spent the money I had for a project truck on my F150 and it still needs more work. I need the money more than another truck right now. I still may fix the head gasket and sell it one piece. I have to run the numbers.
If I dropped anything in it would be a Cummins. I have considered fixing the engine and making it a plow truck but me and my buddy both want to make some cash off this thing.

Got everything done tonight. The parts came in today and I was able to get it all wrapped up in a couple hours. I just need to get the front end aligned and we will be back in business.
This is another easy do-it-yourself project.
Start by spraying all the castle nuts with penetrating oil. Cut the cotter pins back with some side cutters and remove the cotter pins from the castle nuts. Remove castle nuts.

This is a very easy job to do at home with a few simple tools. You will see my inner fenders are removed but that was for another repair. They can remain in. Spray all hardware with penetrating oil to assist in disassembly.
