First Details Emerge On Next Corvette Z06 & ZR1
That thing is sexy. I wish the big three could make a super car to compete with the euro market. We may be getting closer.

This technology combined with diesel efficiency could really bump the numbers up. I bet you could get a small car close to 80 or 90 mpg or improve an industrial engines fuel consumption by 30% or more. The company I work for is small compared to most and we burn 100k gallons a month during our...
Very cool technology. I am a little surprised they used air and not electromagnetic solenoids. In the construction equipment industry solenoids are taking the place of all mechanical controls. They are infinitely variable and can be fine tuned. This reminds me of the high pressure systems used...
If it is over 26k single you need a class B. but you need a class A to haul anything over 10k. A lot of guys tow out of class when they haul a 14k gooseneck trailer with a one ton pickup.

Anyone with a brain saw this coming. That was such a waste. Go to YouTube and type in cash for clunkers. There are so many videos of good condition cars and trucks being needlessly destroyed. Tahoes, Surburbans, Explorers, 1/2 tons of all brands that easily pass inspection all being destroyed by...
So I figured out a little more. The bike is extremely rare. It has 2 spark plugs which only the factory built race bikes had. The guys on the mz rider forum are really helping me out. One called it a barn find of a lifetime. I guess I won't be parting it out.

For me, if I don't love it or have a connection to it I'm not not gonna spend any time or money on it. I got the bike for free. If I make some money on it I am going to give the owner a chunk of it and spend the rest on a sled. The restoration would be expensive due to the rarity of parts. I...
I don't think I'm gonna fix it up. I have no personal connection to the bike. I would rather fix up an old Husqvarna. I would like to sell it or part it out. I was gonna use the money to buy a cheap sled for ice fishing.

I found a tag on the frame. So this bike is a 1969 ETS250/G. It is a 250cc. I need to find out how much it's worth. I don't know if I should sell it whole or part it out.

So I picked this beauty up yesterday. What I know is its a 250 2-stroke. The engines were made by Yamaha. The bike however is German. I believe it's a late 60's early 70's but I have no idea for sure. I'm not sure of my plans either. I may end up selling it. Any input would be great...
Welded some end caps and drilled a 7/8" hole in them to mount the studs.
Here she is all done. I'm happy with it. I am going to paint it black when the weather gets a little better.
