Ya I would think if it was clips or something the instructions would say so. The old is fwonked anyway and it's plastic so I REALLY don't think I can mess up the metal part by prying. Just wanted to confirm. Like I said this project has been a REAL PITA!!! Murphy was working OVER TIME on this...

I just did. LOL I just got the cable Fed Ex and am looking at it and it does look like you just pry the old off and pop the new on. We shall see. The instructions only show how to assemble the two halves.

Yes and normal 1st and 2nd I thought the rebuilt transmission started the clock over on mileage. :dunno: and will do. Would be my luck. :(

My '02 Silverado with a 4L60E tans has aprox 205,000 miles on it. I got it at around 140,000 (ish) miles 3 1/2 years ago. Prior to me buying it it was rebuilt ( I was given the receipt for proof). Around a year after getting it I had the fluid and filter serviced by a reputable transmission...

Got my inner/outer tie rod ends ordered along with my stabilizer links and bushings. :fingertime::wookie: Thanks to Rock Auto the majority of my front is now Moog shipped WAY cheaper then locally even WITH OUT the discount. :cheers:
