Check out the Rola Rack... got mine from etrailers. Not a fan of the Rage rack... seen them in person and they're a bit flimsy looking.

Haven't installed it yet... we'll be testing it out this spring :D And yes, it's not only in the water, but it's also not lifting the dead weight of the boat either- the trailer/rollers carry most of the weight, the winch just pulls it. (kind of like how i can push a 5000 lb vehicle by...
