A little progress though,got to the point where I can split the cases but need bolts I don't have.I 'll make 'em today.

Have a friend who's teenage son lent a friend this bike and crashed it hard.Now it barely starts and when it does it won't shift out of 1st. and the kick starter won't return.Another friend of hers took it apart and(I believe)got in over his head.So now it's in boxes and I get to fiddle with it...

Saw a bitchin' '72(I think)a while ago and snapped a couple of pics.The guy had a Vintage Air system in his truck,very clean.They even added the vents to the stock locations where there were none.

Couple thing I noticed...it's been converted to a serpentine belt,gonna keep it?Has factory A/C,always a plus.The A/C cpmpressor doesn't match that year truck,prolly cuz of the serpentine belt :dunno:

I feel your pain :( I bought Grumpy a set of Michelins for her Burb at an America's Tire Depot and not a week after she managed to run over a small bolt.Luckily it was small enough and in the tread where it was easily patched.Maybe it's a GM SUV thing :dunno:
