Thanks, I'm starting to burn out on this metal work though. Maybe because it was just hot this weekend, I don't know! Just getting a little frustrated, maybe it's time to jump to a different corner of the cab. You know, change of scenery.
Well not much accomplished this past long weekend. Spent Saturday helping my brother in law get a small tractor he bought running.
Sunday was blown going to my wife's Great Aunt's 100 year birthday party. That was cool.
Monday was hot and I spent most of the day wiping sweat out of my eyes...
 Thanks Scott. Sheet metal is not my favorite part but it will get done. As long as I keep a good supply of grinding discs, all can be saved. :jester:
Alright I figured I would post a little better explanation of my madness from last weekend.

I took out my cross braces that I had installed prior to cutting the rocker...

Finally all of my suspension has arrived, it's tough to keep working on the cab knowing that I have the frame to build.
Some of the suspension
Rear notch
Front dropmember and suspension
Trailing arms
Inner frame structure and trailing arm mount.
Pile of...
My advice is get a heavier duty truck if you plan to tow frequently and for longer distances. Hard to beat the torque of a diesel, brand is up to you but have an open mind and drive different brands during your shopping experience.
If you do go boosted please upgrade the stock valve springs...
Guys thanks for adding your findings to this thread. It may be an older thread but there is a ton of info that's been shared here.
