Besides tinting the windows and mounting the tires, every mod on my trucks was done either by me, my dad and I, or me and some friend(s).
No way I'm going sit here and list all the stuff I had to replace or repair on the 95.
I guess I'll just deal with it until I replace my dash. It probably was a clip, I usually find something that fell from underneath the dash laying on the floorboard every so often.
Somewhat. I make an effort to get decent fuel economy by keeping up with maintenance and whatnot, but I'm not going to pussy-foot around everywhere in an attempt to get the absolute best MPG I can get out of my truck.

Does anybody have a reoccurring problem with the defrost blend door in a GMT400 (might be only 95 and up)? Every few months or so the blend door will fall out of it hole on the passenger side, making my defrost vent always open and my A/C constantly fog up the windshield. I have to crawl...

Thanks for bringing this over. Just for future reference, it's not necessary to remove the radio. It looks like it's possible to get to the XM receiver wiring just by dropping the the glovebox door.
