    New (to me) truck!

Its far easier to just open the dash up. I always remove the lower dash and knee bolster below the steering column. From there I can sit on a milk crate right next to the truck with the driver's door open and get to everything pretty easily.

    900s

Like already mentioned, the dash cracks, peeling steering wheel, lock actuators and window motors, exterior door handles breaking, and the cable for the interior door handle break pretty frequently from what I hear. And then the oil consumption issues on some of the AFM engines. I have also...

    New GM Cost Savings

A LOT of manufacturers are going this route now. Weight reduction for better fuel economy being the main reason. With all the govt pressure for better mpgs, they are doing EVERYTHING they can to reduce weight. Seriously, how often does the average person use a spare? Most women don't even know...

I have always had superb customer service from Summit racing. Sucks though that you are back to square one on the wheel search though. Why not just get some different tires and run the predators for now? :dunno:

    2nd Opinion:Antifreeze/Water Usage

I have never replaced a water pump before in my life. But I replaced mine when it began leaking from the weep hole. After much searching, I found a YouTube video that outlined the entire process and it was very simple after watching that video. Actually, come to think of it, I believe someone on...

What you don't want to find in your diffs.

Hey Nick, does the Amsoil SevereGear diff oil have a shelf life? I have some that is about 2 years old and I need to put it in my rear end.

Sold my business, selling my truck :'(

People looked at me the same way when I used to have a Handicapped parking permit. My back flared up to the point that I couldn't work and I could barely walk. I never had a walker, but I did use a cane for a while. I have learned to manage my back pain with steroid injections about once a year...
