He does have a sunroof. It would have to travel a long ways to get where it's leaking. And it's not leaking anywhere else.

My boss has a 2008 f250 and when it rains water leaks in from just to the left of the steering wheel.. I know on some Chevy cars the weather strip can let water in if it gets damaged. Is there anything like this on fords or any quick and easy checks or fixes?

Depends on your budget. I'd go with any aftermarket head over other stock heads.

Not 100% sure. If they are different it wouldn't make enough difference to do the work though.

Port some old school heads. Flat top pistons. Aluminum intakes are a dime a dozen. Build a quadrajet to put on top of it or a 4 barrel 650. Throw a cam in it and your almost at your goal.
