found a service bulliten on gmt900 trucks made before april of 2008. snap ring on the rear output shaft was a different hardness rating that they changed and could break. causes grinding/howling/transfer case disengaging under load which my truck would do.
so long story short a little more than 2 years ago i had my transfer case go on me. every time i put any power in reverse it would seem to drop out of gear and have a nasty grinding noise. a snap ring broke on the shaft and essencially caused a shitload of shrapnel in it and i had it replaced...
yeah its gona be tough because your mind defaults to whoever runs up front or has the most top 5's/10's/wins is who to go with, even maybe who qualifies up front. guess i figured out now who to put as a captain though.
oh and a side note? how did matt kenseth get 54 points finishing and people that finished ahead of him like BK who won the race only get 49? points system boggles my mind.
still a little far behind in the recording just saw that massive wreck that amirola started. not doing too bad so far pick wise, sucked that stewart went out, i swapped him last minute in place of JJ.
