Looking to do an autocal soon on my 2012 Yukon XL 2500 and have some questions... Can the 6L90E trans also be tuned? I was just going to have the 87 octane tune adjusted, TM removed, trans tuned, etc.... but the more im reading about the L96, the more it seems like this engine should...

That's the initial impression I got.... seems the LY6 already has pretty good numbers and a tune to eliminate TM goes a long way. Plus it was the vvt to deal with. But ive only half ass researched any of this because I was planning on a slight lift first

Yeah my original plan was gears and looking into cam/tune for targetting low end towing power. Did some quick research and it seems like the blower helps with towing as well, but i have more to do to see what gets me the best end result.

Hmmmm, I was thinking about regearing from 3.73 to 4.30.... but a supercharger might make this truck a bit more fun. :drool:
