Last month we had an event at Rausch Creek Offroad Park. Mix of tehcnical and high speed stuff. Got after it a little too hard and found a couple weak links...
With my upgraded 3.0" shocks and lower offset wheels, I am putting a tremendous amount of stress on the tie rods and steering knuckles...
I drive a Ford SVT Raptor. All these Chevy guys are just jealous they can't hop curbs like me. Oh, and I have an MBRP stainless steel turndown, big fan of MBRP which it looks like you sell.
I'm surprised nobody commented on the fact or found it strange that there is a camel about to mount my truck. What kind of parties do you guys have around here?
Haha for sure. With the intake, exhaust and tune I am around 425-430 HP. With the 4.11 gears she can definitely get up and go enough to get me in trouble.
you're entitled to your opinion and i respect that...but nobody should call the Raptor overpriced. it is actually cheaper than the Platinum F-150 and about the same as other fully loaded high trim level F-150s. For what you get in addition to a totally stuffed interior I think it's a great value.
There are some grilles that replace the Ford with just square blocks and of course other various tacky aftermarket mesh grilles. Personally, I prefer to keep the Ford flag flying high!
Pics and description of all mods so far. Additional pictures at the end.
Here is how I received her back in December 2012. I had the wheels and tires (20" Method Split Six Race Wheels and Nitto Terra Grapplers) installed prior to taking delivery:
And how she sits as of today:
