thank you scottyboy i fix the wiring problem by installing pin#33 into pcm empty slot. fan are working properly no i'm from New Jersey

OK i was sound crazy early sorry about that. i found and resolve the problem pin# 33 was install in pcm and" FAN ARE OPERATING NORMAL" thank to the persons who wrote threads on this subject here and other site thank you:D alken26 :D
