Just ordered my unloaded MTX Thunderform sub enclosure. The one I put in the '01 was fantastic and sturdy so I'm going with them again. Not to mention, it's half the price of the Stealthbox, the exact same shape and I don't have to pay for the shitty sub I'll never use.

Let the fun begin. :D2

Well, that is a start. Pick a better sub this time. :D2

That Polk sounded great and with 4 7/8" mounting depth, I can't go picking just anything.

I was considering getting the same one again. What don't you like about it?

hmmm I have the Stealthbox and the Thunderform looks like it would be easier to install since it uses factory bolt studs, the Steath needs to be drilled...

What sub are you going to use?

What about the esky corner vents? :dunno:

I thought you already asked me if I was parting it out. Must have been someone else. :uhoh:

It will sell better as-is so I am leaving it as-is.

Trust me, I know of what you speak when it comes to mounting depth  I have never been impressed with Polk car Subs, and I am a huge Polk fan. I have one in my house that I love. Shallow subs are still a work in progress. I have a friend with the one you have, and he recently switched it to a Kenwood Excelon, which blows it away. I never thought I would find myself typing those words

It wasn't Earth-shattering performance but it always sounded pretty good. Hmm, well, what do you have in yours? What would you go with if you were to buy again?

How much did you pay for your .3? I am looking around for one. I as wonder if doing the sound deadener under the carpet and on the doors is worth it...:dunno:
