I came across this photo on the internet, and it made me think of all the cars and trucks my folks ad while I was growing up. Man, some were really bad

My dad bought this yellow '74 Ranchero when I was about 7. It was the biggest POS we ever owned. It became affectionately known as the LEMON RANCHER. Always leaving us stranded, and usually in 100* heat, or bitter cold

My mom had one of these for a long time. It was a great rig. They bought it new in '72

Full size Land Cruiser. I have 3 sisters.

My parents' most memorable vehicle was probably a two-tone blue (baby blue top and mid, navy blue bottom), 95 Suburban. They had it for 7 years from when I was 7 till I was 15. We took many road trips in it and I even learned to drive in it.

Mom had an 81 5.0 black coupe (trunk not hatch) and I learned to drive in that  It was awesome. Can't find a good pic of one on the web

I don't have time to surf for pictures, but the only first cars I can remember were...dad had a 1965 Pontiac 2+2 with a 426, and mom had a 1965 Pontiac LeMans convertible.
