When the AC switch is set on AC the blower works like it is supposed to.. all 4 speeds work.

When the AC switch is on MAX AC.. only the very highest speed works.
It used to work on all 4 speeds...

What do I need to check / replace to get back the various speeds when it is on MAX AC??

I'd check the blower motor resistor, it's a known failure point and may have been recalled on your truck. They recalled mine about a year after I fixed it myself. Passenger side, below the dash. Pull the plug and look for burnt terminals.

There's two different parts depending whether you have a console or bench seat

But all 4 fan speeds work... as long as it isn't on MAX AC...

Electricity does some funny things sometimes :dunno: it's someplace to start anyway.
