Yes they are!!! I used em constantly at the dealer for warranty jobs ... cant go back to the old burned up finger method hahaha.

This is the kit I have. The pads work just as well as the 3M but cost less and the pneumatic tool is geared to only go to 4000RPM which is the top speed these wheels should be used at.
It saves time and thumbs.
