The salesperson I usually deal with told me he interrupted a meeting with the CEO and VP with printouts of the carnage and my email in hand and got his ass chewed out in the process like it was his fault, but he wasn't even working when this package was packed, he was out racing.
I'm not spending another $ out of pocket, they will have to make this right. This means I have to get the coils stripped and redone yet once again too. The shipping back and forth isn't cheap at all either.

Just talked to my contact. The VPs just had a meeting regarding this and they are changing the way all custom orders are packaged and shipped going forward. All coilovers will be shipped in separate boxes, any misc items will be foamed and boxed in a separate smaller box. They are covering any and all expenses to get me new coilovers. They have offered to give me a huge discount on rear anodized shocks that I was contemplating on getting in the future and have already priced out. Free color matched anodizing on those and they'll work on the price too, they normally go for over $1,200 for the set ($500+ for the anodizing alone) and those aren't even hose resis, or piggybacks just regular 2.5" shocks.
They are sending me a call tag and will have UPS come pick them up once I repack them the RIGHT way.
They are going to have to send me additional coil springs so I can get started on the pcoating, not waiting 10 business days for them to get there then get sent back to me.

I have so much bad luck I just got back from purchasing $100 worth of megamillions numbers, it's up to $540,000,000. Figured what the hell.
Good to hear they are fixing it. Also a good deal on the rear shocks also.
