Can somebody tell me how to get this crap off of my car?

I've never seen anything like this on my car. It's sort of hard and white.

I really don't think it's bird shit. It's literally everywhere though and I need to know how to get it off.

Emily is up in Abilene visiting daughter and grandkids for a few days. Car would be in the garage if it was here. Not a single drop of rain or anything else down here today but it hasn't gotten out of the 30s today.
