Well to get this back on topic, I too have a squeak near my rear springs, but I thought this was due to my air bag mounts. If it is happening to you then I also could have the rear leaf spring squeak. So let me know what you find when you go to the dealer.

Get a truck with coil springs in the rear

Tobias and Mine both have coils in the rear. NO noise

Coulda fooled me. So far, Sept has been warmer and nicer than June, July or August. It was hot today!
