After Trevor Bayne wrecked out, DirecTV switched his in-car over to Jr.. What little I heard (I was on a phone call for most of the last 90 laps of the race), it sounded like Steve Letarte was doing a lot of cheerleading and encouraging.. I think that combo might work out well.. There seemed to be more cooperative communication and less bickering / talking "at" each other..
