How leary would you be buying a used Durango that was in a accident.

Carfax is reporting an accident, but appears to have been fixed..

durango, this is the top of my price range, and this is a lot of vehicle for the price, and I understand why, but for the price, and buying from a dealer ship if I can get a warranty should I, would you?

Have it checked out by a frame and body shop, could have been just body damage.

Any info on the accident? I mean, was it just a replaced bumper cover or did the front-end get mangled? If it was real minor, I wouldn't worry about the repair work. If it was more major, you could be in for more trouble, down the road (if the work wasn't done properly)..

Is the warranty included with the vehicle or is it extra? How long is the warranty?

How bad was the accident?
If minor.. no worries...
If major.. pay to have it checked out by another body shop to see if it was fixed "RIGHT"...
And I would, for SURE, want a warranty on it.

Yeah... Or it could've been an aggressive lane change at highway speeds and more damage could've been done.

Have it checked out and be sure. Negotiate down the price of the warranty, too.. They're going to say "it comes with" the Durango, but they're still adding in a price for it..
