I Love power but frankly I'd like to have it in something that didn't have the aerodynamics of a cinder block and weigh 5500 pounds.

At least the 5.4 will be phased out for sure. BTW maybe with a twin-turbo 5.0 Ford would also phaseout the 6.8 V10.

I'd love it...supercharged in a PROPER RWD sedan. What's that? They make such a thing?

Sadly...we'll never see a great vehicle like that from either Ford or GM again here in the states (no, the Caprice doesn't count as it's "fleet only").

Very true. I will never buy a gas truck and try to make it go fast, IMO that's not what they're for. Diesels on the other hand. :naughty:

I'd way rather have that engine in a stang.

Not really new news anymore. The news release of the 5.0 f150 has been out for several months now, they have even had events open to the public to test drive the new 5.0 f150 on their test track, along with the other 2 new motors.

Not that impressed really.. They really took a big chunk of hp away from it considering that same motor makes 412hp in the mustang but only 360 in the f150.
