If I was to lift...

my truck. What do you think. The main reason I lowered is cause I met a guy who turned out to be a good friend on FSC, he had a lifted truck and then decided to lower. I liked the look. bought all the suspension parts and then he ended up going back up with a mild lift and I bought his rollpan, wheels, door handles and flip kit. And here I am. He eventually sold his truck.

I have been thinking of going back up but I have a welded rollpan and a C-notched frame I dont think they would matter that much

I was planning on using my 22's with mudders

ANd heres after he went back up, not sure what his specs on the suspension were in these.

Anyways, I like the first pic of his truck, with the big lift. I'd even like to go twice that much. Thoughts? Comments?

Well the biggest problem I see with lifting it would be having to get a new plate.

You buddy's truck looks pretty nice except for that OU sticker.

I think I would like your truck lifted. I have never been a big fan of lowered trucks, although there are some really nice ones here on TMC. It's really personal preference. What do you use your truck for? I am guessing you don't offroad in your current setup. Do you plan to offroad if you lift it? Remember your gas mileage will probably drop and you will loose some power if you go with 22's and a lift.

Idk if my gas mileage would change much with the way I drive. I do have another truck that I DD.

Idk man... I think id leave it.. even tho im all for lifted trucks. If it has been notched and all... its best to just leave it. I have 2 friends that lifted their bagged trucks.. and it always just looked stupid seeing the frame notch.
