I have to be at the Fitness club at 445 am to open the club at 5am. I work early morning hours so I can have the rest of the day to whatever. I work an 8 hour shift.

Unless you asked prior permission from an admin, it ain't kosher to do it. It's just a general courtesy to the site. Now I have given you fellas all the wiggle room I am going to give to promote your site right here in this thread. I hope it works out for you but it's just the way it's done. I don't put a link to TMC in my sig and I'm on over 30 sites. Be smart about this and it will all work out.

West your's was removed too, you should understand about protecting your site. Now that you're running FFS, most of the larger sites they just ban your ass with no warning. I don't intend to do that, the internet is a big place and there is a spot for everybody on it.
