Axle wrap is when the torque from the driveshaft transfers through the rear end and causes the axle to "wrap" itself around the springs. It is really hard on driveshaft yokes and pinions. With a 4" lift you should not have a problem. Some of the other 4X4 drivetrain guys should chime in though if I have it wrong and offer suggestions.
I'm pretty sure you'd be fine with a 4" lift. The only way you could possibly have a problem is if you're using forced induction or a huge motor. I haven't heard of anyone having issues.
Wait and see if AllJacketUp408 (Brian) chimes in or someone with a lift or experience with it.
You shouldn't have much if any axle wrap. If you are REALLY worried about it.. a set of nice traction bars will fix that ASAP. My truck has Zero at 9 inches of suspension lift with the traction bars.
Yeah ive never had any problems with axle wrap on my F150 even with a 6inch Skyjacker. You will be good man so dont worry about it but like alljackedup said just get yourself a set of traction bars and that will eliminate the axle wrap. I get some axle wrap now with these 8inch blocks but they are only temporary until i get back to the states and get some custom 14inch leaf springs and some traction bars made.
