Pulled the wife's truck out of the garage last night to turn it around and almost got deafened by the squeal from the rear brakes. Gonna have to pull all four wheels tomorrow and figure out what's going on. The rear brakes have been squealing off and on for the last 6 months and I can't figure out why. Pulled the drums when it first started 6 months ago and they looked fine but I changed the shoes anyway. Used Napa Premium's and still had the squeal. Had the drums cut and beveled the leading edge of the shoes and that fixed it for a month or so before it started coming back. Now it sounds like a damned 18 wheeler every time you hit the brakes, and the front's are grabbing due to a warped rotor. No money for parts at the moment though because the insurance is due at the end of next week. :(
