The rear u-joint is installed wrong.
Watch which way the driveshaft pulls on the u-joint when traveling forward. The grease fitting hole will be pulled apart and not compressed. The fitting hole is the weakest point of the u-joint cross, you want that point under a compression load. To be correct and at its strongest, that u-joint should be installed 90* from the way it is now.
